For customized orders, we will provide a detailed cost plan, including production and delivery timelines, along with pricing based on your specifications. Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

Once payment is verified, we ensure prompt shipment of your order within 5-14 business days. If unexpected delays occur, we will notify you immediately. 

Upon delivery, you are responsible for signing the receipt and keeping proof of purchase for warranty claims or potential returns. Ownership and liability transfer to you once the order is delivered. We are not responsible for any loss or damage beyond this point. 

SECTION 3. Additional Terms 

 3.1 Ownership and Risk Transfer 

Responsibility for the product transfers to you once it has been delivered. If damage occurs during transit while under our designated carrier, we will provide a replacement and updated delivery schedule. However, if you choose your own courier, any loss or damage after leaving our warehouse is your responsibility. 

 3.2 Order Cancellations 

To cancel an order, contact our customer service team immediately for assistance. 

  • If your order has not shipped, we will process a full refund. 
  • If the order is already in transit, you may refuse delivery and return the item. In this case, you are responsible for return shipping costs. 
  • A refund will be issued within 14 business days, provided the returned item is undamaged. If damage occurs while in your possession or during return shipping, you will be liable for any associated costs. 

 3.3 Consumer Rights 

Your consumer rights may be affected under the following circumstances: 

  • The product is out of stock after order verification. 
  • The shipping address is outside our service area. 
  • Pricing discrepancies exist due to an unintentional listing error. 
  • The order has exceeded the 14-business day standard delivery period without any update from us. 

If any of these situations occur, we will contact you immediately to resolve the issue.
